10-MINUTE BREATHING MEDITATION

Take 2-3 deep breaths and let this serene lake sunset and the music of seven chakras transport you to blissful calm, relaxation and a state of mindfulness.  Take another deep breath and when you're comfortable, begin to close your eyes, letting the sounds wash over you as you give yourself the gift of ten minutes to simply breathe.
